Emerson was professional, thorough, and took the time to clean and inspect everything-from the flame sensor and pressure switch to airflow and safety checks. He explained what he was doing and confirmed the system was working properly before leaving. Very detailed service and well worth it. Highly recommend. -

11 months agoOur apartment complex recently started using Cool United Air after switching from another contractor, and I was so incredibly impressed with Emerson, who was able to figure out a complicated install/wiring problem (they did not do the install) that FIVE other contractors had been unable to fix! He was professional and thorough and kept me informed, and more importantly, he fixed it!
