My mom was in an accident and her phone was in her car when it was towed from the scene. We believe one of the workers or someone there stole the phone. Never got it back when we receieved the car.

2/9/26 Both front desk attendants move slow as molasses. The guest line was long. I was retrieving my vehicle due to an accident. The heavy set lady front desk attendant had a MAJOR attitude with every single guest for no reason. The lot guard lady also had an attitude for no reason. Paid almost $300 and being met with a bunch of attitude. For what?! TERRIBLE customer service here.

My son wrecked his car and I guess the police called this company while I was on the phone with our insurance company arranging a tow!! ALL I can say is do not use them!! The lady on the phone when we called to see what was needed for our insurance company to pick the car up was extremely rude sarcastic and then we called back to find out that she had sent us the wrong form once we got there the ladies at the front desk were both extremely rude my son who was in the car accident was the only one allowed to walk probably a quarter mile back to where they put the car with a tiny wagon to get his belongings out of the car and walk them back the lady at the gate was extremely rude horrible customer service horrible company do not use them if you have any say at all

Horrible company. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau immediately and you should too. Not only did they illegally tow my car from a restaurant with free parking before 8, they refused to take my credit card, causing me to go without my card for days and unable to drive to work or pick up my kids. The prices are also predatory and illegal, $400 is more than $200 over the legal limit. Also the parking situation is in a shady part of town, poor lighting and an intentionally difficult obstacle course required to retrieve your car! Unbelievable

FAQ

How does A-Tow Atlanta / Alpharetta determine towing costs?

Towing costs depend on factors like base fees, mileage traveled, time of day or night, vehicle type and size, and any extra services such as winching or storage. We provide a detailed breakdown of all charges upfront when you call to help you understand the total. Always ask for this information before service starts to avoid surprises, especially for after-hours or holiday tows.

Are you licensed and insured for towing services?

A-Tow Atlanta / Alpharetta holds all necessary licensing and insurance required for towing operations across Metro Atlanta, including municipal contracts and private property impounds. Our fleet meets industry standards for safe vehicle recovery and transport. Homeowners can verify credentials through local authorities or the Better Business Bureau if needed.

Can A-Tow Atlanta / Alpharetta handle towing in tight parking garages with low clearance?

We use flatbed trucks designed to navigate tight parking decks and low clearances as low as 6'10", which many other services cannot access. Our equipment allows us to tow cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles like Polaris Slingshots from confined spaces such as apartment complexes or downtown decks. This capability comes from decades of experience serving Metro Atlanta properties.

What is your typical arrival time for towing requests?

We operate 24/7 and aim to respond quickly to roadside emergencies, private property tows, and recovery calls across Atlanta and Alpharetta. Expect our team to arrive within 20-30 minutes in most urban areas, depending on traffic and location. For scheduled services, we confirm timelines upfront to set clear expectations.

What does A-Tow Atlanta / Alpharetta do with debris or damage after a tow?

We manage accident scenes by clearing vehicles and any loose debris to restore safe access to the area. Our operators take care during hookup to minimize risks like damage to undercarriages, though tight spaces can sometimes pose challenges. Report any issues immediately to our release office for documentation and resolution.

Why is professional towing safer than trying roadside fixes yourself?

Our flatbed and wheel-lift trucks prevent further vehicle damage that DIY methods like pushing or jacking in traffic often cause, especially in low-clearance or busy areas. Professionals follow protocols to secure loads properly, reducing accident risks during transport. Attempting fixes alone exposes you to traffic hazards and potential legal issues on private property.
