  I worked with the cleaning crew to solve the issues....I helped them whenever I could. I felt badly for how stressful the traffic became, arriving late, and seldom being reliable. It was not pleasant for them either. And I was often concerned by how the owner talked and dealt with her lead employee. It seemed unnecessarily demeaning, rude and mean spirited. I guess the best way to describe their work is simply dysfunctional. The other problem was the damage that was done to 4 walls in the house due to cleaning tools hitting the wall. A broken dish, scratches on the wood floors, and the wall holes made for more dissatisfaction and dysfunction. I was very unhappy with all of the damage and banging around of equipment. Finally, I thought we had gotten the permanent day and time correct for everyone. Then the walls were fixed and the 3 of us talked about moving on with those problems behind us. I had asked the owner to go to once a month service. She said she would send me in the mail another contract to show the change. When I didn't receive that in the mail, I text the owner 2 times, and left a message on her business phone the next day for confirmation of day and time for the next visit..... I tried to reach to the owner 3 different ways....and finally, I realized she is simply ignoring me. She never intends to return my texts or call. She has decided to deal with this business arrangement, a signed contract with me by ignoring my requests. When she didn't return my texts, I really didn't think anything of it. But after 3 days I realize that she has ended this service, and she doesn't have the professionalism to tell me. Just ignoring me was not her best choice. I caution any one to consider this cleaning service with scrutiny. I was never treated so poorly when I was paying a lot of $$ for this grief. Not happy with Paramount. I deserved better from this company.

  The crew was over 90 minutes late to the set appointment time. After calling and texting the owner and getting NO response, we assumed they were not coming. We decided to allow the crew to do the job even though they didn't start until 7:45PM and I had to get my children to bed. The kitchen table (glass) was not cleaned, some of the window sills were not dusted/cleaned, the TV in the family room was not dusted. One hallway looks as if it was not mopped. Would I ever call them back - absolutely not!

  $198 They called my daughter and they estimated $119.00 for what I needed done. My daughter ok'd the estimate. They came out to my house and the vacuum cleaner did not work, so none of my carpets were vacuumed and they also charged me $198.00 +tax when it was only supposed to be $119. I am not happy with the company or the service and would not recommend their services to anyone. They also brought their cell phones in my house and were using them while they were working. When my daughter contacted her, Camille started screaming at my daughter and hung up on me when I called.

  They were horrible. I was extremely dissatisfied with them. They were slackers. They were late. They did not communicate. I told them upfront when I had them two expectations I had like the basic to clean my floors and toilets and that was it. They did not do any of it. They were not responsive. Price-wise they were okay. It is just that you do not get what you are paying for.

  $200 I use Paramount Professional Cleaning about six or seven months back. I spent about $200. They were pretty good. They spent about four hours for the $200 I paid them, I think it was more like $250. There were two cleaners, they weren't bad at all. I just felt like usually when I call cleaners they could finish cleaning the whole house in three hours, but Paramount did some sort of a deep cleaning. But they couldn't get to too many of the areas. But whatever they did they did good.
