1 year agoI asked them to get the lawnmower to turn over had an electrical issue.They charged me to replace electrical parts to the tune of 340 bucks. The problem was never resolved, instead they tried selling me a carburator as the fix for a starter issue. I knew then that they are cheats and liers. Be careful when dealing with these people. -

2 years agoI took my 5 year old abused troybilt mustang and they made it run like new. They had a sign posted stating they were behind and repairs were expected to take 2 weeks but they had my mower finished in about 3 days. They make the process super easy, you just drop off your mower, tell them what you need done then leave your contact info and your done. I highly recommend them for all of your lawnmower maintenance -

Mower off 7/18 was told by the gentlemen they would not be able to get to it for ten to fourteen days they even posted a sign Ok I left the carburetor on my bench I figure I'll be back in Albany on 7/25 to drop the carb. Off I receive a call on 7/21 your Mower is ready I am glad to get it back I was charged 79.99 new carb 53.99 amazon had the part really bad bussiness take the sign down be up-front should have said can take up to14 day's to get it done I would have been all right with that reply? so I have a carb I can't used out 80.00 dollar's some one should should read a book on customer service if thats possible glad I have money tree in my yard $$$ -
