9 years ago. Seemed to go well at first; scheduled for 2.5 hours. Two girls were here & they left 15 minutes early. I was here during the time of the cleaning but did not interfere with their work nor did I inspect afterwards as I was in a rush to get to the hospital (husband hospitalized). Upon returning home that evening, I went to take a shower & found the bathroom cleaning to be lacking. We have 3 full baths & the only one that seemed to be cleaned acceptably was the 1st floor bath. The master bath had dirty floors & cabinets. The tub still had some scum on the sides & walls. The 3rd bath still had a very dirty commode as it had not been used in 6 weeks. None of the baths were "sparkling clean". I was embarrassed that I had not contacted Nooks & Crannies immediately but I paid good money expecting excellent results. So 2 days later, I decided that I needed to call & asked if the toilet bowls were part of the cleaning of the bathrooms... Lauren stated they were so I told her of my problem with the service, She readily sent out a second crew (at my request not to send the same two workers) & they spent an hour correcting the problems in the two upstairs bathrooms. Overall, the experience was a learning one & I certainly appreciated Lauren's willingness to work with her customer & make things right. Yes, I would use them again. -

12 years agoThis first cleaning was great! The team cleaned all floors and counters, baseboards, stove/fridge, 2 bathrooms, vacuumed carpet, tidied up bedrooms (dusting, making beds, etc.), and organized cluttered areas. We liked that they used natural cleaning products, especially since at the time we had an infant. The service was good enough that we hired them for a regular cleaning (every 2 weeks) and we still use them now. I will say that the regular cleaning services have never been quite as good as that first cleaning- it varies a lot depending on which team members come to our house, and they never clean the same way twice. We've followed up a couple of times when there were major issues (e.g., whole areas that were overlooked), and the owner/manager has always been very responsive and accommodating. So we are fairly satisfied and appreciate the customer service, although we know we'll likely need to schedule a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; at some point to get to the level of quality we received the first time around.
