3 months agoThe absolute WORST for LPV. The boards crack and break and they are blaming it on my installer. We've used high quality lvp products from Floor and Decor for 6 years and not once we had this issue. They also are charging 25% restocking fee to return product what a joke! Will never come back. Maybe they have good tile idk I will not waste my time here anymore (they already made me waste 2 whole days). Sales people not very professional either. One got an attitude because he spoke in portuguese and I didnt understand his spanish over the phone. When I complained about the bad quality they said "well floor and decor charges $4" i paid $2.50 so not that huge of a difference. Time is money. HUGE dissapointment. If I could give 0 stars I would -
