4 months agoWe love our new custom home! TamLin met the agreed schedule, budget (minus our own splurges), and quality. Coming from someone who works in the construction industry, this is a rarity. Neil was a pleasure to work with day to day onsite - he's responsive, detail oriented, and went out of his way to make functional improvements to our design. Bryan, Ally, and the rest of the team made the front and back end of the project seamless. When changes or issues arose (inevitable in custom construction), we collectively worked through them fairly and professionally. If and when we build again, TamLin will be the first call we make. -
