3 months agoOur finished floors EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. We moved into a 10 yrs.-old home with tile/grout floors throughout. We don't think the grout was ever sealed. The kitchen and entrance areas were pretty stained/dirty. After talking with several other companies, we chose Tampa Steam Team. They came out quickly at a fair price. The tech was neat, clean, polite, and very knowledgable. Went right to work. He did an exceptional job on our floors, moving furniture where necessary, and used modern tech equipment to scrub the tiles and grout. Then rinsed with a water extractor and dryed the areas. The result was fantastic. When he was done,, the house was put back together in quick order, just as it was when he arrived . . . and our finished floors truly exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend Tampa Steam Team. -
