3 months agoI am absolutely blown away by the team at the Oriental Rug Cleaning Facility in Tampa. After a flood severely damaged a priceless family heirloom rug, I was devastated and worried it was lost forever. From the very first phone call, they put me at ease. I spoke with Alicia, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely sympathetic to my concerns. It was such a relief, especially after the first company I called just asked for the size, gave me a price, and sounded like they wanted to get me off the phone. Alicia understood this wasn't just any rug. The pickup and delivery techs, Mac and his partner, were awesome. They took such great care in moving this large, heavy rug, treating it with the respect it deserved. When the rug came back, I was stunned. Not only was it perfectly cleaned and salvaged from the flood damage, but they had also done a complimentary repair on a side that was damaged from years of wear and tear. I couldn't believe they went that extra mile. It is so good to know there are still good companies out there that truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. A huge thanks to everyone at the Oriental Rug Cleaning Facility. You have earned a customer for life, and I will be using you for all my future needs! -

They even sent me the before and after photos that truly showcase the amazing work they did , the difference is remarkable! My rug looks revitalized and the colors are vibrant again. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, they were professional, communicative, and truly went above and beyond. The pickup and delivery technicians were incredibly kind and courteous, treating my rugs with care and respect. What really impressed me was how they kept me informed every step of the way, I always knew exactly where my rugs were in the cleaning process and when to expect them back. The quality of the cleaning itself was exceptional. My rugs came back looking absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they really know what they're doing when it comes to caring for delicate textiles. If you're looking for a rug cleaning company that combines excellent results with outstanding customer service, look no further. 7 months agoBeware of this company. They are owned by the same company as Tunney Rug Cleaners. The ladies who answer the phone for the owner of this company are great. However the owner is not. If they damage your rug he will blame it on you and will not do anything for you. I had them clean my rug last year and they delivered it back with moisture inside. I did not know that. We stored it in one of our spare rooms for five months while we had some remodeling done to our house. When we pulled The rug out of that room ready to set it up it had mold all over it. When I called the company and let them know they powerfully did not care. They blamed it on me. They insisted that they delivered the rug to us Dry. That scientifically isn impossible. So basically they're calling us liars. Just be aware of these people please. The owner is a liar at the very least and does not care. When I became aware that this is owned by the same person I'm leaving a review here as well. If you have your rug cleaned by them just be sure you open it immediately when you get it back. Reply- I appreciate you replying however you did reply the first time. You said you believed your plant manager when he told you he delivered the carpet to my house completely dry. You believed him when he convinced you that a miracle must've occurred in my house when a clean, dry carpet wrapped in a piece of plastic all on its own wicked in moisture over five months and then started to mold. Please understand this is scientifically impossible but that's what you went with. I even explained to your team that companies store carpeting warehouses all the time in plastic where it actually is a high humidity area and that doesn't happen. So your plant manager did not take responsibility for putting the carpet in the bag wet. So yes you do stand by your team. As far as the liberal charity comment goes that seems to have flown over your head and a high rate of speed. Sorry. What I said is that if you people think this is all about the money you're wrong. I'd be glad to donate what I paid to have you clean the carpet to any non-liberal charity of your choice if you would re-clean the carpet.. Sorry but I'm not giving $300 to planed parenthood. Hopefully this time it registered. I don't believe for one second that you or your management team care about customers. If you did you would not have blown me off so callously the first time. As you can tell I'm quite bitter about it. The reason I am is because I treat my customers thousand times better than you do. I have found a different place to fix your mistake. Good day. -
