Although I'd scheduled to have the Recliner cleaned, he had no problem when I requested to do the Rug and Easy Chair too if he had the time available. Steve is a Veteran and Owner of a small business which was a large draw for me in the first place, being a Veteran myself. I've recommended him to others as well as a family member, also Military, who needs to have carpet cleaning done in a Townhouse with several levels. Most definitely I would go with this business again for future needs!
