He was respectful of my property and he didn't try to coerce me into getting something I didn't need, which I truly appreciate honest, trustworthy service. -

2 months ago** Update: As promised, and before anyone says anything, yes, I'm sure it was time for it to be replaced, especially after all the many different "MacGyver" hands that have been in it; however, I am a true believer that "if it's not broke, don't fix it." That being said, Tadlock, (Nick and Brian) came to the rescue.!.! Installed my entire new unit just as they agreed! On time, ready to work. I highly recommend Tadlock Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of AC service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is truly commendable. I'll definitely be a returning customer! Ah man, how do I start? I scheduled an appointment, cancelled the appointment, and got a call from Brittney asking if I still needed the service because they had an opening two days before I originally made the appointment, which blew me out of the water. I've never had that type of introduction to service before ; however, I was grateful because I indeed had not gotten my issue resolved and felt compelled to get another opinion, but I was skeptical. So I took the contact as a sign from the divine that I shall have a second opinion. Nick arrived within the time scheduled, took his time, and was very knowledgeable and patient. If you're in need of true, honest, and reliable service, I'd recommend Tadlock. -

2 months agoBoth Nick and Jeff are great. Jeff did most of the work and really good at his job. They explained everything in detail and took the time to do the job right. Jeff cleaned up after the job and did a walk through at the end of the job with me. -
