Here's a Strong Vote for Pioneer Built Looking for a great builder who does exceptional work and who can be fully trusted to stand behind its work? My wife and I were in the same boat as many locals looking to build, renovate or expand. Deciding on a builder can be nerve-wracking, as we have all heard horror stories of unscrupulous construction firms. Fortunately we have friends who had worked with and strongly recommended Pioneer Built, which as it turns out is one of Tampa Bay's best full-service design and build companies, and we learned first-hand why others think so highly of Pioneer Built. From the very start of our project we closely worked with Cal Webster, CEO of Pioneer Built, on our goals and aspirations for our newbuild, and together we worked on developing a design plan to meet our goals. Right away it is clear that Cal loves what he does, and he brought his passion to our project, along with deep insights, plenty of smart ideas and a keen sense of interior and exterior design. Once we had our design, we then worked closely with Cal and his team, including our foreman, John Lovett, a native of St. Pete who also brings extensive experience and knowledge and who we discovered runs highly efficient and capable crews. With Cal, John and others on their team providing expertise and leadership, we were highly impressed with their quality of workmanship, from building our foundation, meeting and exceeding Florida's evolving building codes, especially for more resilient homes, to all of the many finishing touches that go into constructing a new home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and that's saying a lot, as building a new home is obviously a major project. The up-front work we did with Cal to create a design that met our goals paid off big time in capturing our combined vision into a solid plan. But it's one thing to have a solid plan. It's quite another to execute that plan with excellence, and that's exactly what we got out of Pioneer Built. Were there hiccups along the way? Sure, it's construction, that's inevitable. As is often said, it's how people recover from unplanned issues that make a difference. Here again, Cal, John and team have the expertise and presence of mind to overcome challenges and/or present smart solutions that work. Overall, thanks to Pioneer Built, we have a beautiful, well-built and resilient home. We are constantly receiving compliments from people who walk by or visit us. That's not why we built our home, but it is nice to have such overwhelmingly positive unsolicited feedback, and we think it is a reflection of Pioneer Built's outstanding workmanship. Most importantly, they built us a home that we love and will enjoy for years to come. We're so glad our friends led us to Pioneer Built. And like our friends, we highly recommend the Pioneer Built team for your next home project. Based on our great experience, you'll be glad you did. -

Their team was always professional and punctual. Based on our significant experience with other contractors, I can safely say CFP stands above the rest.
