Tim is very knowledgeable and offers ideas that you may not have thought of. Also while doing your project, he's easy to get along with, doesn't get in your way, but keeps you informed and up to date on what he's doing. I'm very pleased with the work he's done and definitely recommend him. -

13 years agoHe came out and knew exactly what he was doing. He even went to the store for me to pick the parts necessary for me. He fixed the problem immediately. Three weeks later, the cold water occasionally leak. I called William's back. He came out immediately and fixed the issue again for no additional charge.
