1 year agoThis process has been an outrageous waste of time. The fact that your online platform is a joke and I wasted 10 minutes there, what's worse, is that I took the time to fill out the appropriate forms and EMAIL THEM IN and yet no member on your team could STILL process the order. This will be the last time I spend money with the Edlen organization as your customer service is an absolute joke and clearly no one there cares about servicing the customer.

FAQ
How does Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services of Orlando determine pricing for trade show booth electrical services?
Pricing depends on the specific power needs of your booth, such as the number of sockets, lighting fixtures, and cabling required for your displays and equipment. We calculate costs based on standard rates for installation, materials, and labor to bring power from floor ports or overhead sources. Advance orders often qualify for discounted pricing, so plan ahead to manage your budget effectively.
Are you licensed and insured for electrical work at trade shows?
Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services of Orlando holds the necessary licensing and insurance required for providing electrical services at events in Orlando, FL. Our team follows industry standards for safe installations, including proper grounding and inspections. This ensures compliance with venue rules and protects your booth setup.
Does Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services of Orlando handle installing sockets, lighting, and cabling for trade show booths?
We install sockets, lighting, safe cabling, and perform pre-event testing to power your trade show booth displays, screens, and equipment. Power is typically brought to one location at the back of inline or peninsula booths, with options for custom floor plans to place outlets where needed. This setup keeps your stand powered without interruptions during the event.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for setting up electrical services at a trade show?
We coordinate setups to align with your booth installation schedule, often completing power installations before your arrival if orders are placed by advance deadlines. Expect our team to work during designated move-in times, with power lines laid and tested accordingly. Provide your electrical floor plan early to ensure precise timing and placement.
What cleanup does Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services of Orlando provide after electrical installation for my booth?
We leave your booth space tidy after installing sockets, lighting, and cabling, removing any temporary materials used during setup. Excess wiring is managed safely under carpet or flooring without debris left behind. Pre-event testing confirms everything functions smoothly, so you focus on your exhibit.
Why is hiring you safer than doing DIY electrical setup for a trade show booth?
Professional electricians handle high-voltage connections, overhead power drops, and hard-wiring that require specialized knowledge and tools beyond basic plugging in. DIY risks violations of union rules, venue restrictions, and safety hazards like improper grounding in crowded show floors. Our pre-event testing and licensed approach prevent downtime and ensure all equipment runs securely.
