1 year agoThis company claimed to be doing cleanup as part of the post hurricane debris collection. They apparently loaded up a dumpster of debris mixed with trash, then decided to unlawfully dispose of the entire load debris/trash in our neighborhood. The incident was captured on camera, and they fled at a high rate of speed through a residential area. What a shameless and unethical act. I will update this review once they have made it right. They CLAIMED to have unloaded the trash/debris temporarily with the intent of returning to clean it up, but I have owned my own dumpster business and KNOW that is far from the truth. No efficient company would spend the time to RELOAD a dumpster again. I know that the current lines at the landfills are very long and that is where they would have had to go to dispose of the trash ethically.. this company likely was running behind on a job and INTENTIONALLY made a dishonest decision to get to the next job, by ILLEGALLY dumping their trash in our small neighborhood. I am absolutely disgusted by the acts of this company. It's been four days and they still haven't made things right! -

The dumpster was dropped off and picked up quickly, right when we needed it. Their team was professional, prompt, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They made our project so much smoother. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable dumpster services! -

1 year agoIn response to the company's response - Your company is not removing this type of debris from our area. The only debris that has been removed from our area is tree and brush debris. If it were even taken from someone in our hood, why not take it back to them instead of dumping where you thought no one would catch you? I call BS. And you're correct-it was mixed. Mixed with actual poop! You can't honestly think we're dumb enough to believe the crap you're trying to sell. You would've been better off admitting it without the BS, by saying you're wrong, you're checking into what and why it happened; not trying to blame others. They would get 0 stars or negative if possible. I see all the great reviews of their delivery, pickup and customer service. But what happens to your junk once it's gone? Beware when utilizing this company. Your junk could become another community's junk. They dumped a load in our community - trash, broken furniture, personal documents with names and addresses, and actual poop. Yep, dumped it all right in our residential community. Do you want your personal info dumped just anywhere? Do you want someone else's junk dumped in your community? -

1 year agoWOW !!! What an amazing company. I was on their website Friday evening requested a 20 yard container for Saturday delivery. It was delivered by 11am. Worked all day Sunday and filled it up but I still had a lot to do and we had off Monday also. I called them at 8am and by 11am they picked up the full one and dropped off another container. The driver was GREAT making sure it was placed exactly where I needed it. -
