1 year agoTerrible service. Like another reviewer said, they've essentially ghosted us and we will be seeking some form of refund. We paid them thousands of dollars to install landscaping at our new build home in August. The sod in the front yard never really took and they kept giving us the run around- telling us it needed a "good feeding" and that that should fix it. It never worked, and now we're stuck with a dead front yard. Extremely disappointed. On top of that they haven't been showing up to mow for weeks even though we've been paying them about twice as much as the going rate, and I can't get a response from them. -

1 year agoWe've had this company for about a year. I just had to send them an email regarding termination as a client. The first few months went great. We paid them to fertilize pest control, lawn and shrub maintenance every couple months I had to jump on top of them about how bad everything looked, it would get corrected for a week or two and fall right back into looking awful. The last month or so they continue billing us, but have completely stopped coming altogether. They will not return phone calls or emails at all, but I guess. If you're willing to make a payment, they'll take it -

1 year agoI'm not sure if they have gone out of business or what has happened. We started using them for our weekly lawn care, pest and fertilizer service in December. At first everything went well and then they just completely ghosted us. I have called, emailed etc countless times and no one ever responds or gets back to me. They haven't shown up for our service in 3 weeks. I totally understand that things happen and I'm fully sympathetic to that. If they would have just contacted me once I would have been fine. The lack of communication is super frustrating. I was planning to use them for all of our landscaping needs as well. Instead, I now have to do a chargeback to get our money back for the month of no service. -

1 year agoWe had regular tree, grass and shrub care billed monthly. Everything looked great. Then, just like other reviewers, they stopped coming and it all looked terrible. I called and spoke to someone who said they had staffing issues but those had been resolved and someone would reach back out. No one did. I called again a couple weeks later and was told they had sold the product line and were no longer doing tree and shrub care. When I asked why no one informed us and why I wasn't told when I called the first time the woman said she wasn't aware of the sale until she tried to contact them on my behalf. Terrible service and really poor customer management from the firm. -

This award recognized the hard work of teachers that go above and beyond their duties inside and outside the school. As an award recipient 2023-2024 I want to say THANK YOU! My first iPad and I am using it as a valuable tool for work. I will recommend this business to anyone I know.
