1 month agoHello, Just wanted to share my experience with tree service. Derek & Paul came to my home figured out a coarse of action for removing water Oak behind my house. They used a crane & lifted different parts of the tree over my roof to front yard & set down carefully watching out for my landscape features & plants. This tree was not accessible by different methods so this was the plan. Now I was nervous you always here horror story's of Scenarios.like this operation. Believe me being ex military I was watching all aspects of this crew. After a couple lifts over my roof line I got more at ease & I knew I picked the rite company for this hairly extraction. Thier not cheap but you get your money's worth of peace mind. Thier whole crew was outstanding you can tell thier well trained by Derek & Paul. Thank you Royal Oak Team. -

3 months agoI researched Royal Oak and they were at the top of the list. By faith they peppered our neighborhood with flyers. I reached out - they scheduled a visit to quote. Communicated along the way , showed up on time. I Agreed to a quote in minutes. Derrick was great , trustworthy and clear on charges. Scheduled the removal of the tree - couldn't have gone better. Every step along the way with multiple touch points leading to the day of removal. Couldn't believe how they cleaned up. I thought I was going to have to clean up - nope. They did it , and better than I ever could. Need tree work. Look no further . Thank you Derrick and team - bless you all, for the way you handle your work. -
