7 months agoMixed feelings. Was extremely happy with their service 2 years ago and recommended the company to everyone in need of one. This past month I reached out to them for another move and I am still waiting for a call back from the person who answered the phone and thanked me for my initial praise. Messages and texts went unanswered. The time for my move came and went. Unfortunately, they have now lost me as a client. Very sad they became this unreliable and unappreciative of previously satisfied customers. -

1 year agoOrellana Moving was outstanding. They did all the packing and moving for our disabled family member as though he were their family too. They treated his handbuilt furniture with care and even lubricated the screws of his bedframe. I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, hardworking, with reasonable pricing. 2024 update: Our family member passed away and again we called Orellana. They assisted us in moving from a house, a storage unit and moving to Nevada, sorting the items to be moved, items to be donated, and coordinating with U Pack for items to go to Nevada. A logistical nightmare made easy with their assistance. Thank you again!
