4 years agoReal maids of Miami got the job done and did a great job. We hired them for our move out clean. The owner Alexis was responsive and very helpful. On the day of the scheduled clean, we unfortunately had some hiccups due to coordination with movers (not the movers fault) and while the cleaning was scheduled to start at 1, they patiently waited until the house was more cleared out to start cleaning. It was a very stressful time but Real Maids of Miami understood the situation. They were finished in a few hours but I'm sure if would have been sooner had the house been completely cleared. All in all, they were great and would hire them again! -

5 years agoI have now had the real maids of miami clean my home for a few months now. The service itself is great. I love the person they send me, I believe her name is Jacqueline. She is very thorough and follows all the instructions I leave for her. My house smells good for days! However, the communication with the company is very disappointing and frustrating. They take a long time to answer or don't answer at all. After they came to clean I reach out to them to discuss pricing/add-ons and I'd be left on read until the next day, when at that point I'd have to reach out AGAIN. Ashley is super sweet and she is really the only one that ever gets back to me, but overall the customer service needs improvement. If you contact this company for cleaning services you must be patient, they're worth it though. A little pricier than other companies but the service is spectacular and worth it. -

I booked my first cleaning while my family was away for christmas. when I came home from vacation my house was spotless. every bit of of the home was touched to perfection!!!! it looked and felt like I was walking into a brand new staged home. Yaqueline is also the sweetest. she works so hard and does the best job. we love her!
