10 months agoI recently availed a one-time pest control service for globe pest for my 4BHK home at a cost of ₹1,700, and the experience was extremely disappointing. An elderly technician was sent, who seemed unsure of the process-he sprayed what appeared to be just water across the house, leaving it dirty and wet, and did not seem to apply any actual pest control medicine. He even offered to bring white balls (presumably naphthalene balls) next time, which is not a solution for the issue at hand. The treatment had absolutely no effect-not even on ants, let alone cockroaches. I raised a complaint with Anita from globe pest, but the team didn't bothered to respond or address the issue. In contrast, opting for professionals via Urban Company has always been far more reliable-there's at least a sense of accountability and standardization in the service. This experience was unprofessional, ineffective, and a complete waste of money. -
