1 year agoIf I can give them 0 stars, I would. Two techs came to my apartment and replaced the ac inside the apartment but when they did it they came back and said the new unit for the outside is broke and they would be back first thing in morning to replace it. Well it has been 24 hours and still have not heard from anyone and still out with no ac. The tech said it was the unit outside that was broken. Then why bring a broken new unit and replace the inside without testing it. So since the inside is fixed and they cannot hook up new inside to the outside due to voltage difference. Why would you change the inside first? Now still stuck with no ac and it's 86 in my apartment. The techs are liars. My manager to my apartment complex said they went to another job this morning. Seems like this company doesn't care about anything but money. Buyers BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. -

2 years agoThe B&G A/C Tech, Jacob, just completed the biannual a/c tuneup on my a/c unit. I've been calling on B&G for past 8 years to service my unit, accordingly. Needless to say, my experience with B&G and Jacob has been extraordinary and without any complications, whatsoever. He has been kind enough to answer my questions in layman terms. My level of comfort, both inside my home and with Jacob, as my tech, has been most enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommend. -

2 years agoTech Jacob Krauss - 2 hours late & extremely rude and unprofessional. According to him "a house at 77 degrees at 9 PM isn't a problem, if it was at 95 degrees, then I would have a problem." I told him I'm a native Floridian and have never slept in a house thats 77 degrees at night. He said my expectations are "too high". And that he's been doing this a lot longer than I have. As I showed him out he was loudly cackling at me. Really unprofessional. -
