1 year agoFirst off, i want to specify the R&R fencing associated with RICO. Apparently there's another RR fencing that actually does good work and exceptional customer service. That being said, the one with Rico would get 0 stars if possible. Communication was horrible, and excuses were his best friend. He left the new fence line a mess with dirt and said it was the best it could be. (Meanwhile all the neighbors that got a new fence had no mess piles leftover from other companies) He also put the fence up, on top of one of my sprinkler heads so it couldn't pop up and started flooding the area. The two doors he installed were not put in level and don't swing open freely. Overs horrible experience. And when i try to call to setup a time, he either doesn't answer, or will text the next day and say some excuse, but promises he'll be there the next day. I finally gave up and decided to write this post for his awful company. Once again, the R&R fence with RICO only.. not the other guy Since posting, he has come and fixed all The issues that were in regards. Thank you for coming to finish the job at hand with great quality. -

1 year agoScheduled a quote and the guy never came. Then they provided a quote over the phone. They did help submit info to HOA which was nice, I"ll give them that. When the day finally came for installation they claimed it would be done in one day, but they didn't show until later in the day making it a 2 day job for half a fence. When they were done there were large gaps between the ground and my fence. The guy told me if it doesn't settle let him know and he'd be out to fix the issue. I emailed him a few weeks later regarding the gaps and he responded he would be out the following week. No call, no show. Nothing. I wanted to like this company, I know they were having staffing issues and I get that, but clearly a job well done and customer satisfaction isn't their main concern. Lessoned learned.
