4 weeks agoAbout a year ago, another HVAC company (that the previous homeowners had a service contract with) sent out a friendly, apparently knowlegeable tech who determined that we should replace one of our A/C units, and perhaps both, as the price was better for both. They then sent out a very friendly salesperson, who presented the options. I was a bit skeptical as it's a big expense, and mentioned that while having lunch with a friend & business client of mine. He immediately told me that I had to see Whitleys, and that he'd had nothing but great experiences with them (for both his business & his home). They're local and honest, he said. So, before I gave the other company he go-ahead, I called Whitleys and asked if someone could come out on short notice to give a 2nd opinion. With a full, busy schedule they sent out one of their veteran techs, Richard, along with another young fellow. They changed our A/C world completely, with their honest appraisal that we did not need another unit. They even showed me some things the other company hadn't pointed out that would have made the unit they were trying to sell us, difficult to install. And they didn't charge me for the visit!! We were extremely relieved and couldn't have been happier to not have that big $$ outlay. I promptly cancelled my contract (politely) with the other company and signed on for one with Whitley's. Since then Jake has been out to our house for two service calls and is exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly, including to our rambuctious little dog also, who ended up befriending him. He also gave me some troubleshooting advice. So, my advice to anyone considering changing HVAC companies (or starting out with a new one) is this: Run... don't walk... to Whitley's! I'm pleased to leave this review and spread the word. -

4 weeks agoExtremely professional and knowledgeable staff, respected the property and my animals. Honest companies are hard to find and this is one of them. Whole home duct/ vent replacement with cleaning package, $1000 less than all other competitors bids. Don't spend weeks waiting to compile bids just go with Whitley's. (Homework complete) -

I couldn't be happier with the service and will absolutely be calling on them again in the future. Let's be honest - no one is excited about replacing an entire AC unit - but when the process is seamless and handled with care, you somehow still end the day smiling! -
