1 year agoThis company like most others is corrupt and only cares about money. They will say just about anything to anyone who doesn't have any experience with pest control in order to rack up the bill. Henry came out (nice guy), and told me some insightful information. Told me some things needed to be replaced and handed me a little quote of over 11,000 dollars. Some might say that's criminal for a house my size. My house is also 1200 square feet. The work he quoted me for was extensive and in some areas unnecessary. He said influential things to try and get me to agree to the price such as "your kids can get sick" or "a fire could start". These are sales tactics to make honest families victims to their crazy prices. If you want pest control do not use this company. Look for a local business, owned by honest people. They aren't everywhere anymore but there are some out there. There's still options and this shouldn't be one of them.
