1 month agoWe left our previous lawn pest control company because every month we'd show them areas of concern and within a week of ther treating it the area of concern would double in size. We had dead areas all over. I called Safari and their prices were comparable to the company we previously used and we actually saw green grass start showing in the dead areas....in the middle of winter. The fungus killing our grass was bad enough it took 2 treatments to be sure, but there was noticeable improvement after the 1st treatment. Their customer service has been wonderful whether calling the office, speaking to the area supervisor or the technicians who do the spraying. Our neighbor also switched to Safari after our lawn improvements. We highly recommend Safari for lawn pest care needs. -

1 month agoI was a customer for over four years. They were not able to kill the crab grass in my lawn and bugs were eating my grass. I decided to cancel all of their services. The next week after I canceled the services, they sent someone out to do pest control and charged me $80. When I called to remind them that I canceled the service, they had the manager to call me to say I did not cancel the pest control. I told them I canceled all services. They continue to bill me and are now sending me to collections for $80. I would not recommend them to anyone. -

5 months agoThis company is useless. I had them for about two years and my St. Augustine was eventully taken over by all weeds. Early on I identified a new weed and they said they would treat it. After two application visits, the problem was worse. The "manager" determined the tech applied the wrong herbicide. Allegedly they treated it once correctly and never again. When you call it goes to a voice mail and they call you 3 days later it your lucky. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company. -

6 months agoI just started with Safari and I am pleased so far. They were easy to contact, communication was comprehensive, and the necessary lawn treatment was completed quickly. No haggle and cost effective.
