9 months agoWe've used this company for quite awhile. Unfortunately they do not respond promptly to customer phone calls/voicemails. They will not visit out of rotation, including when you spot a trouble pest and request them to. We will continue services because they're affordable (for now) but Do not recommend based on customer service and lack of quality chemical application I've seen on our cameras when they've come when we weren't home. -

1 year agoWe were getting great service and had no problems. Then we have called to schedule and even message Chad for service and no answer or call back. Called the office and spoke with the lady and no call back still. Terrible customer service!
