4 weeks agoThis company is a scam and operates in shady sales and lies. Do not use this company for your pest control needs. All the customers service representatives are unprofessional and the background conversations are disrespectful. I requested to cancel the account but was still charged the next month. Customer service rep lied about canceling the account. NOT a BBB Accredited Business. It image attached it what I just experienced. -

4 weeks agoI'm very disappointed. Today I tried to cancel a service I'd already tried to cancel before. The mosquito pest control service never worked, and I signed up for it when they offered it to me. I asked if I could cancel at any time if I didn't like the service, and the guy said yes. Months later, I called to cancel, and they said the mosquito pest control service wasn't included, but that they would add it. I'd already been deceived, but I gave them another chance. Even so, the service never worked. I tried to cancel now, and they told me I had signed a 24-month contract. I never signed anything, and they don't want to cancel. They even hung up on me. Never hire this company. -

1 month agoJonathan treated our home & yard today, February 20th. This was the best treatment we have received from Aptive since signing the contract. Jonathan explained everything he did & pointed out areas that might be a problem! Excellent service & very professional! -

1 month agoThe rep led me to believe the service was for pest and lawn care. This is not the case in FL. Lawn starting getting worse after a few months, cancelled the service / charged $200.
