2 months agoEmployees should be required to have common sense when operating a motor vehicle. A large tow truck should not be speeding past 5+ cars in line for the entrance of the highway to swerve and shove into the front of the line that is moving and has no room. He nearly killed me and another driver when he suddenly swerved into our lane without even a blinker and caused me to slam on my breaks and swerve off the road to avoid collision. I beeped rightfully to alert the inept driver of his fatal actions and his response was to start shouting, brake-checking, giving me his middle finger, and mocking me. For the record, I'm a 20 year old girl so this grown man not only lacks knowledge of the laws of the road but also any basic human decency. I would be ashamed to call that man my employee. My family's connections will be hearing of this to ensure nobody ever uses your business again. Disgusting. -

2 months agoThese people are the worst. They dont care about your car. My moms car was towed by them after an accident and they threw the other car's bumber in her backseat and other parts on the front seat. Nobody has ever sat in the backseat so those seats were brand new. Now it is all dirty. My overall experience with these people was not what you would expect from any business. Even when you go to their office you have to talk to them through a window with big bars on them. I wonder why? Why would you have to protect yourself from your customer? There are a lot of other choices.
