11 months agoI want to file a complaint about a poorly done cleaning by your team. There was only one person, a small, dark-skinned woman. That person left everything dirty, she didn't clean anything. Before, they had good workers with good, polite, respectful clothing. Now, they are poorly dressed. I saw on my camera that they don't comply with the cleaning and they sit there disappointed. -

1 year agoWe really enjoyed meeting Shana and her team. They worked hard while cleaning up after a new build but unfortunately were trying to get too much done too fast and damaged a light fixture, scratched our oven, bath tub and front door, also banged up a few baseboards. Shana was defensive when we discussed it and never resolved the damage or even offered. She also threatened to lien our house 1 day after walking out of the job if we did not pay her in full. Shana seems astute but may be under stress because she seems to have challenges dealing with feedback on her company's performance. She did offer to continue cleaning the rooms they didn't finish but we were concerned about further issues. Just want share feedback in case this is helpful for anyone who might want to avoid a situation like this. -

1 year agoOur company [we're landlords] has used Simply Clean Jax for quite a number of construction cleanups and residential cleaning tasks. Mostly, though, we have contracted with SCJ for dozens of rental property move-out deep cleans. Some of those properties were in good shape and required only the basics. For those properties, we paid extremely reasonable fees. Of course, you can imagine that some move-outs were an incredible mess or had particular issues that were difficult or tedious. SCJ always solved our problems. SCJ has always completed their services to our satisfaction, even on the very few occasions when they had to return because one of their employees missed something. Shana is genuinely interested in meeting her customers' needs and is attentive to detail at a level far beyond most business owners. We've worked with her for so many years on so many different projects, we can't even recall how long it's been. But it's going to be a lot longer. -
