2 years agoVery unimpressed with this company. I waited for over 2 months for them to complete an easy project. I finally got fed up and asked another electric company, Joe from Only Electric, who did it in 24 hrs and on a weekend. I would not be writing a review but I got upset at the final straw - when their office person, Veronica, lied and said that "I cancelled" the long-awaited appointment this past week so they took someone else without even verifying, when all I did was explore what time they were going to arrive that day so I coudl coordinate with my schedule. I feel Tol Electric operations needs work, because dealing with them took a "tol" on my sanity (pun intended). -

4 years agoBeing the son of a long time contractor, I've had the opportunity to work with MANY electrical contractors in my life and this company is by far the best I have ever worked with. Their technician Johnny worked quickly, precisely and never left us without power for more than a couple hours, even with a complete service panel upgrade/replacement. Light fixtures, receptacles, rewiring almost half the house AND a creating outlets for a new tankless water heater and a new washer and dryer. The amount of work he accomplished in just a few days was nothing short of astonishing. I HIGHLY recommend this company and in particular Johnny, his work ethic, customer service and fast, professional service are unparalleled in my 30 years working with contractors of literally every kind.
