I had two outlets that had been unusable for months due to an issue with daisy chaining, one faulty outlet was affecting the other. After a quick 5-minute call, they were able to send someone out the same day, which was such a relief. The technician, Yuri, was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he have a great personality, but he also took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He was professional, efficient, and had everything up and running in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, he even checked a few additional outlets to make sure everything else was working properly. This was hands down one of the smoothest service experiences I've had. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs! -
