7 years agoAll work was completed in 4 hours. The dining room chandelier and the bedroom chandelier/fan were challenging, but done perfectly. Everything works and looks great! -

9 years agoWe cannot say enough good things about this company. We were in a problem situation midway through a renovation that was not going well. We had reason to believe that the electricians hired by our contractor had done substandard work. Our designer called Fred at Southcove who dropped everything and came to our house that same day. He identified numerous problems and started the repairs immediately. A few days later he sent two of his employees - Rick and Justin - to complete the work. They were polite, pleasant, respectful of our home, and worked busily and efficiently through the first day. Each time they moved to another area of the house they made a point to show us the issue, explain why it was a safety hazard, and describe the repair. One of the things I noticed was how polite and respectful they were to each other throughout the work. At the end of the day they did a perfect job of cleaning up, and explained when they would arrive the next day and what would be done. After a horrendous and potentially catastrophic experience with the now-fired contractor, it was such a pleasure and relief to have Fred, Justin and Rick help us out on such short notice. We highly recommend them. -

11 years agoBoth Rick and Michael were punctual and very, very pleasant. They had several great suggestions and worked quickly to get my electrical needs completed. I would call this company again in a heartbeat. They are super professional.....covering any work areas with tarps, wearing shoe covers........and the work was accomplished in the time frame promised. Book these guys! They are a 10.
