3 months agoI should have left a positive review a year ago when Surfside installed our new HVAC system, so this is a bit overdue. When it was time to replace the unit, I did what I always do and got 3+ quotes to compare value and proposal strength. I actually ended up getting more because there was such a massive gap in what different companies were recommending. Surfside took a completely different approach. The owner asked thoughtful questions, educated me on the market shifts (new refrigerant standards in 2025 and rising equipment costs), reviewed my existing system, and then made a clear, practical recommendation. The quote was competitive, easy to understand, and had more real value built in than the other four proposals. Their unfair advantage is that they consistently exceed expectations at every stage of the buying process. They set realistic expectations, follow through on what they say, and they clearly hire great people. Today, their service manager Dan came out for the annual maintenance. He was awesome-humble, genuine, and very knowledgeable. He even taught me more than I expected to know about turtles, which made the visit surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks, Dan. And I appreciate you mentioning the service contract-another no-brainer. -

3 months agogreat, honest, and professional company! they showed up within the hour of calling to come and look at the issue. i had them come out and install a whole new ac unit for my property. the whole crew was professional, respectful, and worked in a timely manner. highly recommend if your looking for any ac work to be done. they have been working with my family for years now. -
