Their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough and the customer service is responsive and friendly. Highly recommend! (Original review) Southwest Florida Quality Air recently helped us out of a jam. The AC was out, it was hot and when I called our long time AC company, I found out they stopped servicing our area. They recommended Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. I called and they were able to come out that same day. Obviously no one likes to replace their AC system but when it happens, you want the job to get done quickly and correctly. Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. did exactly that. In less than 24 hours we had a brand new HVAC unit. I would definitely recommend Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. -

11 months agoAbout five years ago we switched to this company because we had lost faith in the honesty of our old firm that had serviced our air conditioning unit for many years. We have not been disappointed at all by this change. Southwest Florida Air Quality has been wonderful to work with. Most of all we trust their honesty. The work the old firm had said we needed proved not to be the case. We made a good move. If you are looking for a company, you can trust and who are dependable look no more. Additionally, they listen to your concerns, check it out and let you know what they found. Best of all they show up within the time frame they give to you. We just had another check up on our unit. Things are working fine and we have received all the information that someone needs to make decisions that are helpful to them and their particular air conditioning needs. The company representative was thorough,honest caring and patience. Thank you Southwest Florida Air Quality for your continued excellence and professionalism. 2/10/2025 6/9/2025 We just had our six month check up on our system. Kevin was fabulous. Why I mentioned his name is because we had never had him come to the house before. He was thorough. And very conscientious. He knew his stuff and that was obvious. Also, he was enjoyable to talk to while he was here. He fully explained what he did and why. This checkup was another great service from Southwest Florida Air Quality. 11 months agoThe Maintence fee was reasonable and very thorough work. They cleaned the unit, sucked the condensate line, checked the gas, checked the capacitor on both ends. Even worked on my unit with R22. They were timely and neat. -
