1 month agoJeff at Seven Level Services gave us his experienced opinion of the condition of the A/C system in the condo we recently purchased. This was work we had requested be done by the seller. Jeff was clearly being honest in describing this 20 year old system. A month later we decided to install a smart thermostat ourselves but wiring issues left us with many questions, so we called Seven Level. Jeff tried to save us a buck by talking us through the wiring over the phone but we asked that he send someone out anyhow. Kevin came right out even though it was Sunday and it could wait until later but since the cost was the same we had them come out. Anyway, Kevin was exceedingly helpful and easily fixed the wiring. He then helped us register the new thermostat and set up the WiFi. Unbelievably helpful people at Seven Level Services. -
