10 months agoWe've had Pheonix out a couple of times already and every time they were fantastic. The last time we had an issue, they came out the next day and replaced a bad breaker and the line to both switch and fan. Then went through the whole panel making sure everything was safe and secure. We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone who needs electric work done. Thank you!! -

1 year agoCalled the main office because after having my house pressure washed I had a few outlets showing as "Hot Open" owner Josh called me from his cell and talked to me about what the issue could be. After his advice I found the problem being a tripped GFI outlet. I highly recommend this company, because he didn't have to do that. He could have just sent one of his guys and charged me for a service call. Instead he took the time to listen to what my concerns were, spent time explaining how my house was most likely set up and I was able to correct the issue. If I ever do need anything I will certainly use them. Thank you Josh and Thank you for your Service. God Bless -
