3 months agoTerrible experience with JustFloor. They subcontracted incompetent installers and failed to communicate instructions properly. Three different technicians visited my home, gave conflicting advice, and all confirmed the floor was poorly installed with improper leveling. Shane Lowe suggested removing and reinstalling one piece with glue, while another technician, Emerson, said the entire area needs replacement. Customer service is awful - I spoke to Erine, who was rude and unhelpful. Highly unprofessional company. -
