6 months agoWe purchased LVP flooring from Avalon a couple of years ago and I needed a piece of stair nose replaced. The flooring we ordered has been discontinued, but Jonathan at Avalon went above and beyond to locate a piece of the stair nose in a warehouse from the supplier. Super grateful for his help and wouldn't think of going anywhere else after an excellent customer service experience like that. Thanks Jonathan and Avalon!
