9 years agoAlways get a reminder call the day before from Erica that they will be there the next day. They have never cancelled or not shown up. They go above and beyond what I first expected. They even take our trash out for us! We put our house on the market and we were relaxed knowing the house was clean. We will be using them for a moving out cleaning because we just sold our house. -

I asked for special attention to my hardwood floors and glass shower enclosure, and both turned out gleaming! I'll be using them again. Highly recommended! -

11 years agoI hired Pride Klean to do my apartment for a move out cleaning. I wanted my security deposit back and my work week when I moved ended up being a lot busier than I expected. The good: Erica, who I dealt with in the office was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. She was easy to work with and got back to me quickly when I found her voicemail. Also the three women that came to clean my apartment did an EXCELLENT job. Things looked great. So why the three star rating? I booked the cleaners for the hour and a half minimum. I was informed by Erica that they would tell me what else needed to be done after that 90 minutes and I could decide at that point if I wanted them for longer. On the day of the clean I stopped back at the hour mark and they weren't done. When I came back 30 minutes later I found them loading up the car. I went inside and found that they had done an excellent job. I tipped them and sent them on their way. A few days later I noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged more than I was quoted. I contacted the ever responsive Erica who informed me that they cleaned for 15 minutes extra generating the charge. I told her that they had not done that and that I found them packing up at the 90 minute mark. Erica apologized and promised me a reimbursement. Pride Klean does an excellent job and Erica is awesome just watch the time that you are charged. That was a BIG disappointment for me especially since these are people that I trusted to be alone in my living space granted it was empty. -

11 years agoYour house will not be "Klean" when they get done. Used them weekly for years and every week my house was left worse and worse. I used to write notes in the dust on my basement tables to see how many weeks it would take them before they would actually dust. They do as little as possible and charge a lot. They also go through staff constantly. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service.
