2 months agoShowed up on time, sprayed the entire house inside and out, baited. Very professional, asked questions to best figure out how to best treat and gave us clear after care instructions. Scheduled follow up. Easy billing and customer portal and provided all copies of signed documents right away. Great local business. Follow Up** Kevin from People's Pest Control came out for our quarterly maintenance and once again did an excellent job. He sent multiple reminders ahead of time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He actually started working outside before we even opened the door, which really shows how seriously he takes the job. After finishing the exterior treatment, he came inside and was extremely thorough. He also gave us some helpful advice on prevention and maintenance. The original treatment worked incredibly well, and we haven't had any pest issues since, so the follow-up visits are really just peace of mind. Kevin is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He's also available if you ever need to call him, although honestly that's rare because he gets things right the first time. The pricing is very reasonable, and the level of service is hard to beat. It's rare to find a company this reliable. Kevin's experience and professionalism make People's Pest Control one of the few services I trust enough to put on autopay. Highly recommend. -

3 months agoTwo weeks into moving into our new rental, we had a cockroach problem. We contacted a number of exterminators for quotes and had them come by the house to diagnose the issue. Kevin was the most thorough by far! He moved our kitchen appliances to show us where they may be nesting, and identified potential entry points that needed to be sealed. He did regular treatments and followed up to make sure that our pest problem wasn't recurring. When our bug problem became a mouse problem, he came by immediately with traps. When the mouse got loose in the house, he coached us through how to catch it live on the phone, and came by the next day to check on us. Kevin is extremely punctual and communicative, responding via texts and calls within minutes. His service is worth every dollar. No one wants to need to call an exterminator, but if you do, call Kevin. -

He took such care and pride in his work and explained everything he was doing to us and followed through with every step. You get one guy (Kevin) that comes out and is punctual, trustworthy and knows your house. You can't get better service than this. Kevin is the best. hands-down! -

8 months agoOMG Kevin, thank you! We had 3 raccoons that were loving our property, flower beds and gardens. So happy to find this company. They explained everything, and repeated it daily to remind us, wildlife is unpredictable. Kevin is easy to reach, work with, and count on. Also, Kevin listened to us over the course of the few days on what we saw, what was going on and modified his approach which lead to them being safely capture, remove, and relocated. Totally recommend People Pest Control for your pest control needs.
