The owner was very prompt to schedule the appointment, communicated well about arrival times, and most importantly fixed our issues - including replacing a vent cap that was very prone to clogging with an appropriate one. The vent is on the 3rd floor roof of our townhome and thus required quite a bit of extra effort. Very professional and dog friendly. Highly recommend. -
