1 year agoReferred through my home warranty. Never contacted me. Then after a week, I called and left messages. No call back. Finally reached a live person who scheduled an appointment. I became ill and lost my voice so cancelled and requested them to call and reschedule. I finally called again myself, reached a live person after 5 or 6 calls. We rescheduled, but no showed or called. I called home warranty company. They said he told them he didn't show because it needed to be over 60 to work on air conditioner. My appointment day was one of our 75 degree days. He then rescheduled with home warranty come for Friday. No show or call again. I have switched to new repair company. I do not recommend this company's service. -

2 years agoWe are long time customers of Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling. They installed our heat pump and central a/c at our home over 14 years ago. Had them come out to service and repair our system a couple times and feel they are honest and their rates are fair. We also had them install 3 mini split ductless units in two of our commercial rentals within the past year and we are pleased with the end results. Overall we are extremely satisfied with their services and feel they are very professional, do good work, reliable and experienced. We will continue using them for our future heating and air condition needs and highly recommend their services. -

2 years agoCalled them for a broken AC unit. Crew came out within a few hours and had everything fixed. The crew was very polite and worked hard. These are my "AC" folks now! I thought the price was fair for the work done. I would have no hesitation calling again if needed. -
