9 months agoI can't thank you and your company enough for a job well done! This entire project has been long and tedious. We have had numerous issues with the various contractors that were hired along the way. Your estimate was fair, the materials were just what we ordered, the crew was polite and courteous, and Scott, the young man that performed the work on Saturday and Sunday, was incredible!! He worked extremely hard, never complained about the heat, cleaned up the job site each day and took an amazing amount of pride in his work. He is exactly who I would strive to hire if I were a business owner. We couldn't find a flaw with his conduct or quality of work if we tried! I wish all companies treated their customers this way. 10 months agoam sad to say I have to give this...... zero stars. The hardest thing for me is to write a bad review. If you look at my reviews most are stellar! I called this company for an estimate on my damaged fence from the tornado. The lady asked if I had my fence installed by this company. I advised no, she then asks me to send her pictures of the damage. I asked why she will not send someone out for an estimate. I advised her We had the trees removed from the fence, and we are ready to go. She says because alot of people just get their estimate, fix the fence themselves and keep the money! Well, hello...when I was shopping around for my fence 4 years ago, I called this company, got no return call. They probably would have gotten my business. I told her, I need my fence fixed, I am not capable and please send someone out. She then repeats for me to send pictures. I told her, we own a business. I give every customer that calls the same respect. This goes for storm work. If they turn this into insurance and dont go with our company OR KEEP THE MONEY. That is the name of the game. She then says. Call the people that put in your fence and HUNG UP ON ME. I am just so disgusted how some of these Companys treat customers. I take pride in my customer service. Oh and the best part...when we are on an estimate, we always refer our customers who need fence repairs or new fence to this company Nanticoke Fence). That will not happen again. One last thing, they did do our fence at a previous home we owned. Cant believe I am writing a bad review. I hope you get some customer relations classes. Maybe they are just that big of a company the little guys don't matter :( DO BETTERR -
