3 years agoThere isn't a more stand up home builder than Bluewater. Darren and his entire team are the most customer-centric, compassionate, and detail-oriented professionals in the business. They listen and act in total integrity. We did A LOT of research before we picked Bluewater, and they did not disappoint. The experience of building a home has been phenomenal and it's because of who they are and how much care they put into the process. I've dreaded building a home because of how stressful others portray the process to be. But I never once felt stress with Bluewater. They made it enjoyable and an absolute pleasure. Not only that, but the quality of workmanship is outstanding, with no details missed. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who is looking to build or buy a home. Above all, we have been so impressed that the Bluewater team has been supporting us for 12 years now and counting. It is such an unbelievable feeling of comfort for us, knowing that any time we reach out to Bluewater, that someone will be there to help us out right away. 5 years agoAs other reviews have said, Bluewater is awesome. We built our new home with them and the process, end product, and outcome were spectacular. What differentiates Bluewater is the people: Bob, Darren, Izzy, Wade, Kirsten and others on the team all work to make the process seamless, and are able to have the firepower and overall support to solve issues when they arrive. Their project management team has 100s of houses under their belt, and the subcontractors have worked with Bluewater forever, resulting in an great finished product. They build a very high end home, and are fair and honest with their customers and always stand behind their work. Their custom cabinetry work, for example, is superior to anything we've seen locally. In a business that can be messy and complicated, they make it easy and, I hate to say it, fun!
