4 months agoI lost heat on Sunday morning due to a boiler completely dying after working for over 40 years. We were without any heat for 3 days (home was 50 and dropping every day due to winter cold) We tryed to find someone to get us back to normal temp. Many companies came to give me quotes but no one came even close to what I got with Mike with MTL heating and cooling LLC. Once I sighed the work order and paid the deposit mike was at my house the next morning ready to get to work. He completely converted from an old oil to a new gas unit ,put all new pipes and removed the old unit and replaced my thermostat. Did not leave or stop till the job was done. Im very Satisfied and happy with the knowledge that mike was able to provide during the entire process. He and his worker were very professional,careful and kind. I definitely recommend Mike with MTL for all your hvac projects. I will be definitely considering going with there service and or maintenance in the future. 1 year agoI want to take the time to thank Mike for his outstanding professionalism, all around knowledge and amazing customer service.The Samsung mini split systems throughout the whole house not only makes it very convenient on a daily basis in every season of the year but it's a very SMART and GREEN way literally to weatherize the whole household. Mike is very responsible with his job no matter if it's a small or a big project, to me it's well understood Mike enjoys doing what he does best a high quality guaranteed satisfaction job and experience. 2 years agoThis morning on 95 South, one of their drivers raced up behind me, changing lanes at the last second to avoid a very minor slowdown on the highway (a rare occurrence in Guilford that time of day). He nearly clipped my bumper and sped off, weaving between lanes so I was unable to get a license plate. -
