1 month agoI contacted Northeast Lawn and snow on Sunday for snow clean up on Monday. They stated that they could do it, gave me a quote and eta of 3-5 hrs after the snow stopped. When I reached out for an eta after the snow ended they told me 8pm which I agreed because I wanted to be flexible since they were fitting me in. I was later told that the truck was broken and they were wrapping up with repairs but was assured that the job would be completed by the morning. I got up today with no messages on my phone and the same snow that had now partially turned into ice still covering my porch and driveway. I will be late to work cleaning this all up. So disappointed. -

Luiz and Northeast Lawn & Snow did an AMAZING job, fit us in during a really busy and demanding time and were super nice, personable and hard-working. Will definitely be calling them again! -
