I expected the worst, since none of the tricks I had up my sleeve, were working. Fortunately, I found Sprig King. For them it was just a routine job! 2 months agoI had a great experience with Spring King Garage Doors. Chris got back to me quickly and clearly explained the different garage door opener options and pricing. The project was replacing two 30-year-old garage door openers on standard 7-foot doors. One of them was already getting ready to cross the garage door opener rainbow bridge, so the timing was right to take care of it. Chris explained how much quieter and smoother the newer systems are, and as it turns out, the upgrade was well worth it - the new openers are amazingly quiet compared to the old ones. My springs were also older and not sized quite right, so after a helpful discussion of the options, I decided to upgrade to a torsion spring system. The improvement in balance and operation is noticeable. What I appreciated most was that Chris didn't try to oversell the top-tier option. He gave me the information I needed so I could choose what worked best for my own preferences. Overall, very easy to talk to, informative, and not pushy. I'd definitely recommend Spring King Garage Doors if you need garage door work. -
