3 years agoNot impressed with the customer service. I set up a delivery and stated that I would be leaving a blank check for payment and I was told that was okay but if it bounces, it's a $99 fee which i agreed to. Come the day of delivery, the driver showed up and left because I wasn't home. Got a call later to reschedule...now they don't accept checks and the price I initially locked in wasn't going to be honored. Plenty of other oil companies around that have better customer service & communication. -

4 years agoWorst oil company! My elderly mother couldn't get to door within the exact one minute the driver waited so they left without contacting anyone and left mother without oil. When I contacted the company the lady was extremely rude and could care less about my mother's situation. Terrible customer service with a poor attitude! DONT DO BUSINESS! -

4 years agoI used Cashheatingoil.com and they directed me to Penny. Order was placed on Saturday and they came Monday. The gate to my backyard was frozen shut and Eddie did everything he could to help me get it open. When we couldn't, he didn't just leave, he decided to go up over the top. The man climbed a fence to make sure we got our oil. Very appreciative. -
