2 years agoI would not recommend this company after they broke my gate with the hose and are refusing to assist with the repairs. They also spilled oil all around my boiler and left it. I had to call them up to send a technician back out to do a very half hearted effort of putting some power down to absorb the oil. -

7 years agoI had few deliveries from them in the past 4 years and the drivers are great, but when you call- you never get the service you need. I called 3 times, waited 4days and still haven't received a call from them helping me and explaining how the budget works, I was hoping to sign up ASAP but thankfully found a different company in Newington Fuelco- they're amazing. Would not recommend Northeast to anyone. -

FAQ
How does Northeast Energy determine pricing for HVAC installation and repair?
We base pricing on the specific scope of work, including equipment needs, labor, and any required materials for your heating, air conditioning, or ventilation system. Custom quotes account for the size of your home or business and the complexity of the job, such as excavation for new installations. Contact us for a detailed estimate tailored to your situation.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC and excavation work?
Northeast Energy holds the necessary licensing required for HVAC contracting and excavation services in Connecticut. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation to cover potential issues during work on your property. This setup protects both our team and your home from liabilities related to installations, repairs, or maintenance.
Does Northeast Energy handle excavation for HVAC installations?
We provide excavation services as part of our HVAC installation process for homes and businesses in the Plainville area. Our crew manages site preparation to ensure proper placement of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. This integrated approach keeps your project on track from groundwork to completion.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling HVAC service?
We schedule appointments with specific arrival windows and aim to complete standard repairs or maintenance within the agreed timeframe, though complex jobs like installations may take longer. Factors such as job scope and availability influence the timeline, and we communicate updates if delays occur. Expect our team from the Town Line Rd location to arrive prepared for efficient work.
What cleanup does Northeast Energy perform after HVAC repair or maintenance?
We clean up the work area after completing HVAC repairs, installations, or maintenance, removing debris and restoring your space as much as possible. Our crew addresses any spills or mess from the job, such as oil around boilers, to leave your home or business tidy. Proper disposal of waste materials follows all local regulations.
Why is hiring you for HVAC work safer and better than attempting DIY repairs?
Professional HVAC work requires specialized tools and knowledge to handle refrigerants, electrical components, and ventilation systems safely, avoiding risks like improper sizing or leaks that DIY often causes. Our approach includes thorough inspections and corrections for issues, ensuring systems run efficiently without endangering your property. This method extends equipment life and prevents costly mistakes from inadequate fixes.
