2 months agoThey claim you have a 10-year guarantee. You call them, and they never show up. We replacement a new roof about three years ago from this company. It had leaked twice already. That's why I'm giving it only one star. You never met my husband at our property, and we never received a quote for this issue. My husband called you, and you suggested that Monday would be a good time for you to come. Unfortunately, you never arrived on that Monday. Therefore, we stand by our review. -

2 months agoUpdate: Response given 5 years after original date of service and review. I would hope there is no longer a Jonathan at the company, but I do note the whole crew was terrible. While my review has lost some steam, please be vigilant on keeping an eye on the contractors with this company. I hope they have changed, but in response, it was definitely this company that did the work at my house. Are you replying as someone who has newly acquired this business? A general contractor hired this crew to re-frame windows at my house. Other than the GC they were the only workers on-site. Every window had to be redone, the work site was messy, and if trash fell out of their car, I got to keep it. My personal tools were found all over, used in the process, including my stash of N95 masks that grew legs. Jonathan seemed very professional when I met him and I hope that this was an outlier of his work performance. -
